Turbo Tax online is confusing

Horrible experience. I filed using Turbo Tax last year and was successful. This online software told me I didn't file with Turbo Tax in 2024. Made me upgrade to "Premium" instead of "Deluxe" as you took off business expenses on "Deluxe". Then it didn't remind me of estimated taxes paid in 2025. Luckily I remembered just in time. Will be looking for new software next year if this is not improved.

I have been a Turbo Tax user for many years. This I chose to go on line to file. Unfortunately, I was not able to download the 2024 data to my 2025 on line return. I had to re enter all my prior data.
