Great once I figured out the new format.

I may have missed it, but it would have been helpful to get a short briefing on the new (from last yr) format. Once I figured it all out I felt it was superior to the previous one. Much easier to use and efficient.

I have always used the disk the on line turbo tax is not user friendly!!! Its harder and confusing. What made Turbo go to on line I think we should have had a choice.

Experts were a big helpin resolving my questions however the software this year is far worse than 2024. Very difficult to navigate and find how to get to the forms and the tools feature

I hated the new formate of this product

I hate this new product .... I do my taxes every year by myself and this year was the hardest ever to complete. I could not see the forms and I wanted the software to look like the IRS forms so I could see what was happening . I will not buy this product again

Not sure if it is very accurate for my taxes. It helps me file, but it has issues when there is a mistake made. It asks to fix it and I fix the issue. It does not correct it accurately to read that it is corrected. Not sure why it does not fix the issue when I have fixed it.
