Experts need more training.

The system itself is great and fairly easy to use.
Experts could use more training. The expert I chatted with the other day advised me not to report my state income even though I had numbers in Box 7 on my 1099. He said because Boxes 5 and 6 were empty that I could leave box 7 blank. Incorrect. He and his 'lead' he was consulting with both recommended this. I don't want someone else getting in trouble because of misadvise like this. In the future I will either not consult one of your experts or use a different service.

Turbo Tax is the way to go!

I have always had a great experience with Turbo Tax. I love how my QB self employment app connects with my Turbo Tax then I can file my business stuff for free. A local tax person quoted me $1300 for start to file for my stuff...i only paid $250.

Avoid online Turbo Tax at all costs

I purchased the PC Download version which I have used successfully and happily for many years. Unfortunately my PC is using Windows 10 which cannot support this year's product; so I was switched to the online version. Almost every step was agony. And when i finally got done (with telephone help from 2 different and fantastic experts) it certainly appeared that there was no way to print the returns or save them. Both of these women went above and beyond in terms of patience and willingness to try different approaches to get around a dismally awful program. Unlike the download version this version did not show me what I had entered for a particular item last year in a format or appropriate time to be useful. Some questions were asked that I never encountered before. It took me hours and hours when filling out paper returns took me 10 - 15 minutes
