Software works well. But… they are devious and subversive about their add-on “extra” services. Example: when choosing payment options for filing, you will incur an extra $30 fee unless you pay with credit card. There are 3 other examples that use the same “oh by the way…” you owe more money because that is a premium service. Very disingenuous way to do business.

We have used this service for years and I do not like the fact that this year we were treated as new customers. I had to enter all the information again that you had in your records.
