Turbo Tax Software Limits Refunds

I will not be using Turbo Tax next year. I have received approximately the same amount in tax refunds over the past 5 years. I feel Turbo Tax is limiting my ability to get more money. Additionally, I am not being offered a cash advance this year in which I did last year.

You charge way too much money to file taxes. You advertise how it's free, but then I can't use the free version and have to pay $100 just to file my taxes. Very frustrating. This is the last time I'll be using this service
