Long waiting time, but received answer. Call could have been prevented if prompt to download was in the Residential Credits section of Turbo Tax similar to other downloads for 1099 forms.

i made an honest mistake hit wrong button at end ONLY wanted basic you charged me $99.00 and would not give me a refund.Never use you again

at one point it kept going back to the start and repeating itself in a loop. you didnt ask about estimated taxes i had to look for it

I am a long term User of tirbo tax and advocate my colleagues to use TT.. Filling out the forms and waLKING THROUGH THE PROCESS IS FAIRLY DIRECT abd simple.The actual e-filing and handling of funds deposit and payments gets a bit tricky and time extensive. Realize the need for security details
