Turbo Tax is good

Very user friendly and easy to use. Had some minor problems with logging off and coming back at a later time with things different then how I had them filled out previously and refund amounts changing without me changing anything.

I love the product and he accuracy it provides. My only complaint is charging me $35 on top of the software fee just to deposit in my account OR if I take from my refund you charge $40.

Would like less upcharge offers

Constantly stopped with product upcharges after declining them multiple times which was very frustrating. Additional expenses to use refund to pay turbotax fee is also ridiculous.
