not good with charges

i made an honest mistake hit wrong button at end ONLY wanted basic you charged me $99.00 and would not give me a refund.Never use you again

at one point it kept going back to the start and repeating itself in a loop. you didnt ask about estimated taxes i had to look for it

I am a long term User of tirbo tax and advocate my colleagues to use TT.. Filling out the forms and waLKING THROUGH THE PROCESS IS FAIRLY DIRECT abd simple.The actual e-filing and handling of funds deposit and payments gets a bit tricky and time extensive. Realize the need for security details
