Lance, Jackie, and a third woman whose name escapes me at the moment, all were helpful and patient with me when I was tired and cranky. No wonder! Jackie helped me figure out I had accidentally started a brand new account.

EASY AND QUICK

VERY EASY TO FOLLOW STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS. THE IRS SYSTEM CAUGHT ONE NUMBER WRONG IN AN EMPLOYER ID AND IT WAS EASY TO GO BACK IN AND CORRECT THE NUMBER.

Not very good. Was better previous years.

Not great. I purchased the one to do on my computer but it made me do the online version. At the end, I never received an option to print out the whole copy for my records, only part that popped up to print was the 1040-V. I had to look up Military pensions online to see if they were qualified or non-qualified. Another thing I had to look up on my own was what a 2210 was. Another problem was that the previous year turbo tax form was supposed to be stored on my computer. I found the file but online turbo tax said the file was corrupted. I have purchased TT for 5 yrs now. Had to type all info in.

Tubo Tax is great

Was Disappointed that turbo tax was not supported by Windows 10 . This is my first time using turbo tax online & it appeared to be not accessing my prior returns readily. But it worked

Why don't you show the 1040 before it is submitted? The only way to review the 1040 is to submit it, then print it.
