The live expert was most helpful. It took a while to get connected and multiple tries, but once connected it was extremely helpful.

i love and appreciate the service. it is really convenient. my only review mark would be the advertisement saying one thing and the site asking for more funds due to whatever.

Turbo Tax is Expensive

Expensive. Lots of extras. I don't like that. Easy to use for me after several years. I never qualify for even 5 days early release with all my ID. And a veteran.
