If you're not good on the computer, not easy to navigate, I prefer the turbo tax with a cd. way easier for me anyway.

I like the accuracy and detail. But it is fairly expensive. I would like to see better rates.

Not as happy as I used to be

Turbo Tax wouldn't download because I didn't have Windows 11, and I DID have Windows 11. Since I only had one day free to do taxes, I spent 6 hours on this 2-hour job. I wanted to use last year's info, but oh, no! Not compatible. A good product has let me down.

Turbo is Great!

Turbo walks you through all the steps, carries over prior year information from income sources and the Experts are amazing! Nubo helped me find more deductions.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
