Easy to do, but not the same Turbo Tax.

Not my first time using turbo tax, but my first in a long time. It is still easy to do. The ad on extra services are annoying. I was asked in the beginning if I could do them my self, maybe needed help, or defintely needed help. I selected maybe needed help. I got through doing the whole thing without any help, but at the end there is no way to remove the selection I made in the beginning. So I had to delete all my work and start over. Then I got a different refund result! I did them again a third time, and still got a different return result. It is not a confidence bulider when this happens. I don't like it that I have to pay for the software, then pay a higher amount to do my taxes, then pay for anything else like a phone call to have someone verify my return, and then pay for audit protection. Can't I just do my taxes? I hope if anything comes back to me, Turbo Tax will live up to the protection promised.

Make online version exact same as desktop version

It was way longer than was estimated. I liked the desktop version better and it had better features. Can the online version be the same as desktop? there were questions I had that the online version was not able to answer effectively.
