Solid product, annoyingly asked me to upgrade

The product itself is solid. I am annoyed by how often the product asked me to upgrade and spend more money it was clear by my first four responses that I had no interest in upgrading.

I've been using Turbotax for years. It is one of the best softwares but it seems that they try to hit you with a fee every 5 seconds.

i was disappointed that I could not use the desktop product that I purchased due to not having Windows 11. But I was converted to online and it worked.

I love it! It makes taxes so simple even for side hussle business. They are also very thorough in all the questions they ask. I felt well taken care of. I also like how it’s free!
