Could be more intuitive

This is the first time I used the online version of Turbo tax because it was indicated to me that my computer didn't meet requirements. I didn't think it was as intuitive as the version I used on my computer in previous years. At one point I was asked to take my 2024 MN tax times 110% but there were no instructions on what I should do with the determined total.

Except for some dumb questions I am sure the Fed makes them ask Turbotax is the way to go for filing taxes.

I PURCHASD TURBO TAX BUT FOUND OUT I WAS ABLE TO USE IT FREE, SOOOOO I AM GOING TO REQUEST A REFUND FOR WHAT I PAID. I HAD A LOT OF TROUBLE TRYING TO DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASED COPY AND SEARCHED FOR HELP. THAT IS WHERE I FOUND I COULD FILE FREE.

Turbo tax is far from awesome

Everything was just confusing and the forms were difficult to enter. The retirement form was not listed. My bank doesn't transmit. I had to take a picture and upload. This whole process was time consuming and not necessary. Have been doing my taxes for forty years and this was excruciating as long hand.

I really enjoyed the experience, it was easy, thorough and you could easily ask questions if you need help. I will never file my taxes any other way.
