I Miss the older CD version.

This new online version had issues with finding my 2024 return to get the needed adjusted gross income (AGI) to e-file information. I've used my current Windows 10 computer for the past 8 or so years to file returns.
Also, the final email you sent RETURN STATUS seems to be corrupted. If I try to open it, it crashes my Outlook Email application.

I have used TurboTax for years and was disappointed this user because it was difficult to navigate. There was no continuity when completing Schedule A. It continued to switch to a "you're done" screen before I entered all deductions. I had to do a detailed search to locate the sales tax deduction in order to enter my information.

A Lot Of Hidden Fees

They tell you its free in the adds, but only for first time filers. They then say its only $99 for premium. but then it cost more to file state, then if you use a card there's a fee and so on. They nickle and dime you every step of the way instead of just being upfront about the cost.
