Doing taxes with all the changes isn't easy but Turbotax is good enough even in this day

TurboTax is disappointing

Wouldn’t let me enter my drivers liscense. Kept saying the issue and expiration date weren’t valid. Gave up and lied that I didn’t have any valid I’d so my return could be transmitted. Doesn’t inspire much faith in the program, won’t be using it again.

First time using it and found it easy to use, straightforward and highly recommend to anyone that doesn't have a complicated tax return

Why I have to pay for another fee $40, and $109 for Turbo tax even I bought Turbo Tax premium. Too much fee charged.

I was nervous at first because I am not computer confident, but this was user friendly with guiding steps, and a question box if I needed help. I did, and the answers were easy to follow.
