Turbo Tax is an Excellent Product

Accuracy is above and beyond to the point of asking to fix things that should be known from the imported documents from the financial institutions. Fixing and trying to understand these things took up way to much time. Overall Turbo Tax is an excellent product that I have used for many years.

Doing taxes with all the changes isn't easy but Turbotax is good enough even in this day

TurboTax is disappointing

Wouldn’t let me enter my drivers liscense. Kept saying the issue and expiration date weren’t valid. Gave up and lied that I didn’t have any valid I’d so my return could be transmitted. Doesn’t inspire much faith in the program, won’t be using it again.

First time using it and found it easy to use, straightforward and highly recommend to anyone that doesn't have a complicated tax return
