I've used Turbo Tax over 5 years and always purchased CD's. This new Turbo Tax Online does not recognize your previous filings even though they were filed by Turbo Tax. Help is minimal unless you pay for it.

I love Turbo Tax - have been using it for 10 years. It makes it so simple to file even with some elements that would be considered complex. I feel confident when I file that I have included all elements and don't expect to have follow up contact with the IRS. Hurray it is over for another year!!
