Your features connecting to different providers such as credit karma, coinbase or fidelity is excellent in fecthing information. Very ease to file my taxes.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is good

Turbotax is easy to use. The security features assure me that my information will not be jeopardized. Have been using Turbotax for many years. Feel confident information and support through different explanations of various items to submit are very helpful.

THE COST. I DID ALL THE WORK AND TIME. I CALLED TWICE FOR SMALL QUESTIONS. OTHERWISE I DID THE WHOLE TAX RETURN. I COULD HAVE GIVEN ALL OF MY TAX FORMS AND HAD SOMEONE DO IT FOR ME FOR LESS !!

This version of TurboTax was not easy to use. Did not flow well. It did not prompt me to enter income tax info. I had to manually search for that. AI interface was helpful!

I have been filing my taxes with Turbo Tax for years. I enjoy the easy walk thru. I like that they house my returns. They cover all the topics and help function is useful.
