This is an Ethically and Qualitatively Bad Company

Poor quality tool built by a poor ethics company. They've got the gall to add suggestions of what to add to their review as well, so okay.
Accuracy - Pulled my forms yet still failed to accurately input the info to the point I had to start the process over.
Compatibility - What does this mean? With modern day life? Low. This company lobbies to make taxes harder to do so you have to pay them to do the taxes.
Features - AI assistant is bad. Automated tools are bad. Whatever nonsense is causing my text to randomly change is bad.
Interface - God awful. Randomly changes format, hard to follow, random text sizes, laggy
Support - I dunno I didn't want to pay extra money to talk to tech support for your broken website.

If you have the patience to figure out how to do taxes yourself, the knowledge of how to do them already, the money to pay someone else to do them, please please please please please please please please please avoid this product.
I feel I have sold my soul for convenience and the guilt tastes bitter in my mouth. But I don't have the focus to compile inheritance and debt consolidation and the one time I sold stocks in my life and I thought maybe this would help.
This company is a scourge that is actively working to make it impossible for the average american citizen to do their taxes without paying TurboTax and Intuit to do it. plz avoid.
