The new Turbo Tax is awful

I have used TurboTax for years and loved the ease of moving from one page or subject to another. This new version is NOT intuitive and I do not like it. Next year I may look for another product to file my tax. Why did you try to "fix" something that was not broke?????
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Many issues going from desktop to online

As my laptop was windows 10, I had to use online which I had numerous issues.
1. Missed upload from last year on PC,
2. Unable to verify AGI with full cents. Had to create ID to IRS to get info

TurboTax Online Works!

After buying the 2025 TurboTax software I found out that it doesn't support Windows 10. Instead I opted to file using TurboTax Online which got the job done in an afernoon's worth of work.

TurboTax is the Smart Choice

I use TurboTax every year because even though I have no idea what I'm doing, the system does and knows what to look out for. It helps that the majority of my information is already in the system, which makes the process quicker and more efficient. I love how they explain what has changed in tax law and that I am able to see where the amount of my refund truly stems from. Receiving my refund quicker than most people is a plus as well!

Trying to make it easier made it harder for others
