Annoying

I have been using Turbo Tax for 17 years because it is easy to do. This year, I had to do it online and it was miserable, and I can't describe how annoying the whole process was. I had to log into IRS and get an IP PIN, I had to get a credit karma account, and when I was getting the info, the screen would refresh, I guess because I don't have Windows 11. I will just drop my taxes off to someone next year.

This system could not be any easier to use. You don't need to know anything other than how to follow prompts.

this has been the worse year ever of using turbo tax. For 20 years it was easy and each step was explained well. this year was awful! I will be shopping for a new tax software next year.

TurboTax online did not find my 2024 Desktop Efile

First time I used the online version. It's not as easy to navigate with the walk through and form viewing as the desktop version.
Also, I E-filed with TurboTax Desktop version for 2024. However, the TurboTax online version told me that I did not E-file successfully with TurboTax for 2024 tax year. I had to answer many questions just to complete the review for E-filing. This MUST be fixed for next year for me to continue to use the online version.
