Turbo Tax for over five years and it is awesome!

I was having some difficulties and needed clarification on write offs and income information. The person who called me was awesome, positive, interactive and was able to explain the process and offer suggestions to get the information I needed to successfully file my returns. I really appreciate the assistance,
