Turbotax is losing our support

1. Process flow requiring repeated confirmation of questions that were answered already.
2. TT assumed we use the same product as in years before. We were confronted with a hefty bill fo a simnple 1040-SR submission. We ha to REDO ALL the entries after deleting all previous work
3. REPEATED attempts to UPSELL products
4. Two sticking points: a) a mandatory field for EOY t_IRA balance. This is NOT required as the Financial Institution confirms that THEY will send this through to the IRS in May of this year. ONE HAS TO ENTER AA FICTITIOUS NUMBER. Suspicious of big business gathering financial information. b) A mandatory field to enter for a Schedule C that we DO NOT USE ANYMORE. The field DOES NOT accept a number?! Like 0!

Some support was really helpful, some not too much. Kept asking to pay more...I think it was too expensive, especially for seniors. Not real helpful filing for deceased spouse.
