Easy to use, found unexpected deductions, cheaper than hiring a tax consultant. I've never had issues with my return
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I had a baby

Very pleased at how quickly I could do my taxes. This is the very first time that I have gone from start to finish in under an hour. “Turbo Tax Is Da Bomb” the very best computer tax return service in the world.

You advertise free but nope not free!

My only problem is you advertise ....do it for free! But then you add all these charges!
Free is free with no added charges. Next year, I will hopefully find a app that is free.
