it friendly and reliable, I just wish it wasn't so expensive! what happened to $19 returns?

Turbotax is great

easy, fast, efficient. the only problem is I had no choice but to do premium and couldn't change. Otherwise, it was great, and fast, and not so complicated for a first timer.

Good system but dishonest customer support.

The process is very easy to go through. It saves previous information and allows you to upload documents. Now, the bad bit. The payment screen makes you very susceptible to pay before you're ready. I paid for the product without knowing. When I found out I called customer service. They said they would refund my money and allow me to pay with the credit card I was intending to you. Then hours later I get an email saying they changed their mind and will not refund my money.

Turbo Tax is accurate and easy to use

Turbo Tax is easy to use, self-guided tax preparation software. It makes filing your taxes simple and straightforward. It only took me about 30 minutes to get a clear and concise return completed. Importing the PDFs of my tax documents made it a snap.
