So complicated

I've been using turbo tax for about 10 years and this year was the most difficult by far. I was receiving error messages for things I wasn't even trying to use. When I went to file, I got an error message basically saying I couldn't get a traditional check... I NEVER REQUESTED A TRADITIONAL CHECK. The AI Chatbot was entirely useless, even when it tried to connect me to an "expert." This will probably be my last year filing with turbotax.

Charge Less to file

They have overly charged this year just to file taxes and there was no prompt to ask like last year if i started a business or if i got divorced and not sure how to add that.
