Turbo Tax used to be better

While TurboTax is still fairly easy to use and is familiar after using for years now, the extra fees for direct deposit, the fee they want to charge in lieu of using the "Credit Karma checking account" and just their pricing in general is getting out of hand. Tactics like the "use our partnered checking account or a pay a fee!" really leave a bad taste. I don't know if I'll be using TurboTax for future returns.

Some parts easier. Others more difficult. I tried to upload my previous years info and it only uploaded one person and that person may not be using TurboTax again this year which will nullify one of h 5 returns I can file.
