2025 product not ready when released

In my many years of using Turbo Tax this was the first time it did no go smooth and the first time I actually had to call in. While the person answering my questions seemed very knowledgeable he seemed surprised at the problems I was having. It did appear that this product was not ready when it was published. Too many things to list that did not go smooth. Last year went great and I was expecting a much simpler process, that I did not get. What should have taken me 15 minutes. Took multiple sessions and over and hour. Pretty disappointed.

TurboTax always gets me right

Turbo Tax has always made the tax filing process easier than any tax office I have ever been to. I have been using them for years and plan on continuing to do so.

Turbo Tax used to be better

While TurboTax is still fairly easy to use and is familiar after using for years now, the extra fees for direct deposit, the fee they want to charge in lieu of using the "Credit Karma checking account" and just their pricing in general is getting out of hand. Tactics like the "use our partnered checking account or a pay a fee!" really leave a bad taste. I don't know if I'll be using TurboTax for future returns.
