This year, I experienced several technical issues while using TurboTax. I was unable to submit my return due to a persistent glitch during the final steps of the process, specifically when selecting payment options and determining how I would like to receive my refund. The system repeatedly redirected me back to the payment selection step. After several phone consultations and screen-sharing sessions with the technical support team, they were finally able to identify and resolve the issue. I appreciate their assistance and am pleased to report that after a week's delay, I was ultimately able to process my submission and complete the payment for the TurboTax service.
