Love Turbo Tax

Very complete and easy to use.

My tax situation was slightly more complicated this year, but TurboTax walked me through all of it and made sure everything was good to go. Would 10/10 recommend.

Not as agile and comprehensive as older versions

This version of TurboTax was much more difficult to use than what I m used to. Some fairly common deductions (i.e. sales tax; estimated payments) were very well hidden and not prompted. The menu of institutional forms that would import is much more limited than before. It is much more difficult to navigate.

was charged the wrong amount and a representive called me and sent a link to my email for the refund process

Incorrect request

The next to last step was confusing but a representative helped me understand what was being asked. The prompt was asking for our "full names" but all it wanted was our first and last names!!!
