Online is Poor Substitute for Desktop

Dislike not having view of forms as one answers questions.
Should not be charged for Premium if you have Interest to report. Need Deluxe online.
MOST OF ALL, resent moving TurboTax desktop to Windows 11.
This online process is shooting blind and trusting Intuit to articulate questions clearly,.

This experience feels increasingly misleading. Repeated requests for additional payment throughout the process demonstrate poor business ethics. The system appears intentionally structured to confuse users and push them toward more expensive options. That is not how customers should be treated. I will be taking my business elsewhere next year, as this experience prioritizes money over customer service.
