Not thrilled this year. Why couldn't I use my refund to pay??? Very unhappy customer. Plus, I wasn't even offered the advance this year??? LIES

Lots of minor problems in the user interface (prefill bugs, etc). Calculations for things which should pre-exist (like things for calculating state related details for partial residency) which are conveniences that I'm absolutely paying for don't exist forcing me to do my own calculation. I also don't know in what world it makes sense when I go back to the beginning that I need to re-add my spouse after I spent all the time adding her the first time. There is a lot you folks could do to improve the user experience without making the interface so awful.

200 dollars for me to do it myself?? Forget that and forget you. i will not ever use this site again and i will tell anyone and everyone how you charge outrageous fees for absolutely nothing
