I have used Turbo Tax for years because I always get part of my refund as an advance, not this year wasn't even given the option.

TuboTax, great product & AMAZING customer service

I have used TurboTax for multiple years due to its' simplicity and accuracy. This was the first year I had a little difficulty submitting my taxes and had to call the customer service line. She was amazing and took the time to figure out what the issue was. Bottom line, a form was not ready in California so she recommended me to try again Monday. To start it only took a few minutes to get to a literal person and then she legitimatly took the time to speak and call me back when we got disconnected. Bottom line, TurboTax is easy and has amazing customer support, I can't picture myself ever using anything else.
