I was very nervous about this process, but it was much easier than I thought it would be. I appreciate how I was walked through the process and and all the questions. Every step of the way was explained and I was given an example of what a question meant if I didn't understand it. I'm overall pleased with this platform and will continue to use from here on out.

Really disappointing!

I've used TT for many (consecutive) years. This was, by far, the most difficult, non-intuitive edition yet. Just getting into it was a challenge; other items had to be re-entered over and over - things that should have propagated from last year's return. Really disappointing!

Turbo Tax online sucks!

I don't like the on line turbo tax it's much harder to follow than the desktop verision, I wish you would go back to the desktop or next year I will be choicing another software that does.
