Been using turbo for 7 years, after 15 years of h&r block. Turbo is much easier to use and always gets me more than H&r. My only complaint is the price to use it.

In past years, I have had no problem with TurboTax! This year, went the same route and found that Turbo Tax no longer works with Windows 10; basically, after opening same, I was ripped off for $50.00. Was informed that I could use the free program!!! Many small issues but, the biggest ones were extremely fustrating: should tell you about the PIN requirement prior to beginning the process (so that it could be in hand); not working with slower speed internet services (to download); changing the informational formate from past years to today's program which left an old a scratching hio head; Wouldn't reccommend this if you are over 65 years of age...addressed other program issues with TurboTax that I hope you do not encounter...I almost forgot; this entire system is set up using a working cell phone; nextto impossible withy a hom landline.
