Simple and Easy to Use

Generally, TurboTax is a well-organized and easy-to-use system. Several weaknesses:
(1) If you upload documents to TurboTax, it will sometimes ask you for the same document twice and double up on the numbers.
(2) If you have used TurboTax for the prior tax year, TurboTax does not do a reasonableness check of this year versus the prior year, so if you leave an item out it will not alert you that it was present in the prior year.

TurboTax is Mostly Very Good

On-line Turbo Tax is largely user friendly, but it is worded primarily from an accountant/designer perspective. Example: where is the option to print the return prior to e-filing? There is too much "Trust us we know what we're doing" going on without keeping us non-book keeper/account types informed.
There should be more information given about the differences between desktop and on-line versions
