GETTING HELP IS COMBERSOME AS YOU HAVE TO COMMIT TO PURCHASING HELP WHEN IN FACT IT MAY ONLY BE A SIMPLE QUESTION ABOUT VERSION AND UPLOADS THAT SHOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED IN SUPPORT.
