TurboTax tries hard to make you pay for filing

Live Experts alone as worth it

I connected with a Live Expert twice while trying to file this year. Both times they were patient and exhausted their resources. It ended up being a technical issue we could not access but still they were professional and kept checking in with me while we tried to work it out.
