TurboTax is the BEST!

It's a shame we have to use this amazing product because Intuit is lobbying the government to make tax filing difficult so that they have a business. No matter how seamless the product is, I sit here frustrated that I am spending 3 hours I shouldn't have to pay, and giving hundreds of dollars to Intuit that I shouldn't have to give. Way to go America.

No longer free for Military Members.

Turbo tax used to be free for Military Members. I kept picking the free option every time the "upgrade now" pop up ad came up and ended up paying $150 to file my taxes.... I've been using turbo tax since 2017.. this is the first time I had to pay. I am more than upset and will be looking elsewhere next year to file my taxes.

TurboTax is too simple not to use. Ive gotten larger tax refunds using turbotax on my own than using a cpa as a standard W2 user.
