Honestly, I've been using turbo tax my whole life and it's been so easy to navigate all these years later. I love how it gives you insight into what you may need to review, what you missed, and how it updates your information on returns immediately. The accuracy is updated for the most returns possible. I haven't had to use the customer support, but the system help support is very insightful as well!

The 2024 Turbo Tax was much easier to use and submit

More and more fees

Turbo Tax makes it easy to file taxes and they seem to be accurate. They are very expensive and keep adding more fees. They charge $40 just to have a refund deposited into your own bank account. That is a total rip off. They want you to open a checking account with Credit Karma, so they rip you off with a fee to put it in your bank account. I ended u being charged $213 altogether. Because of this, I WILL NOT be using Turbo Tax next year.

Really convenient. However, they started raising prices for the services and tons of add-ons, which I'm not loving, of course.
