I've used turbo Tax for the last 12 years and never has any issues eith it, plan to use every time I need t file.

Not Good This Year

It showed me that I hadn't filed with TurboTax last year. I have filed with TurboTax for a number of years. I had to say I filed with a different platform last year to get past the message. The other options were also incorrect. Your AI did not help. It was very frustrating.

needs work

very unclear. RMD section needs work, looks like they make it confusing on purpose so you will have to spend money on one of their tax advisors
