I’ve been using TurboTax for 10 yrs and love it. I attempted trying other companies but thy were not ble to give me a much in refunds as TurboTax

Easy to use, but all the attempts to have me upgrade the service was pretty annoying

I signed in through credit karma so I could do my taxes for free and regardless of clicking on that again towards the end of submitting my taxes, it still made me pay 99$.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

New fees, disappointed!!

The software was great as usual. One major disappointment this year. They initiated a $35 fee for me to deposit my refund into my account, unless you open one of their checking accounts. I have no interest in their checking services, so I'm stuck paying $35 for a process, ACH, that costs nothing. I've been using them for a decade or more so I'm stuck unless I want to change providers, just another junk fee that most corporations institute to make more money. I guess I have a year to consider it.
