Simple, Understandable and Easy Process

Being a single that works for myself, owns my home with real estate taxes. I pay every type of insurance premium that there is, have high medical bills and lots of business expenses. I worry every year about how the new laws will affect my taxes and how hard it will be to figure everything out and do my taxes myself. But, every year TurboTax impresses me even more by walking me though everything step by step and taking the stress out of the process.

Easy to use. Good interaction with taxpayer. I prefer a hard copy disc for documentation. Just saying :>

Have been using for years & it has updates every so often, I like that each thing has a little info button next to it so I can see what I’m doing and if I should continue or not, they do lots of checks to make sure your info is accurate as well

YOU GUYS CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR THINGS THAT WE NEED IN ORDER TO FILE TAXES, IF I AM PAYIN YOU ALREADY TO FILE WHY DO I NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO HAVE IT DEPOSITED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT.
