Needs improvement

Was delayed in completing and filing return due to Turbo Tax glitch not allowing entering 1099R information until 1/22/26 and also I filed using Turbo Tax e-File last year, yet it was not able to verify that so caused some confusion at sending my return this year, never had that before so still has a few glitches.

Intuitive input, clunky error messages

Spent a tremendous amount of time migrating from desktop to online version, and even more attempting to submit efile returns without an adequate error message. Required significant individual research and time to troubleshoot issue or understand where problems were. Also, as a PA resident who works in NJ, the question logic leads to unnecessary extra work given reciprocity rules and Turbotax should consider rephrasing of the questions pertaining to generating income in other states. Ultimately, clearer error messages that diagnose the specific issue would make this program much easier in the future. I've use Turbotax in various forms over the year and generally find the form completion intuitive and easy to complete. Just a couple troublesome scenarios that were not easy to identify solution this year.

Challenging since Windows 10 no longer supported. Also wants to nickle and dime you thropugh the process. Takes too long to download and install. Had to run it overnight until it completed
