You need to depend on a cell phone to use your program. I do not own a cell phone and have to depend on my Wifes phone. I would rather use my email to complete my taxes.

Way too expensive.

TurboTax is relatively easy to use, but the charges are insane when I choose to do my taxes myself without the additional plans. It should NOT be that expensive for me to do the work myself….

Needs improvement

Was delayed in completing and filing return due to Turbo Tax glitch not allowing entering 1099R information until 1/22/26 and also I filed using Turbo Tax e-File last year, yet it was not able to verify that so caused some confusion at sending my return this year, never had that before so still has a few glitches.
