easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and it is very user friendly. But accessing past years is difficult. I recommend printing the forms and keeping them for your records

Turbo Tax is easy to use

Turbo tax is easy to use although there are several fees to pay to get the deluxe. I had to pay two different fees for a total of $207

Features Clarity

I've used TurboTax for years. The desktop version. This particular version was nice to look at, however a lot of the parts of the interview were collapsed. Sections regarding inputting mortgage interests and investment interests may have been missed if the person didn't know they needed to click on the carrot to un-collapse the menu. The guided view in the desktop version was clearer,
