Love turbo tax for its ease

I have used turbo tax for years and have never had a problem. it is easy to use and it carries information over from year to year.

This experience feels increasingly misleading. Repeated requests for additional payment throughout the process demonstrate poor business ethics. The system appears intentionally structured to confuse users and push them toward more expensive options. That is not how customers should be treated. I will be taking my business elsewhere next year, as this experience prioritizes money over customer service.
