This year was awful. Had to use online version.

My experience was terrible. After over 30 years of using TurboTax and being very satisfied, this year was the worst. First, software required Win 11 and my computer didn't support. Went with online version thinking the interface would be the same. It was not and I found it difficult to do most tasks. Then when I tried to enter retirement income I learned that the product was incomplete and had to wait. Logging into the online version was an ordeal. I am concerned about the accuracy but time will tell. Also struggled with HELP results.

Overpriced, you offer free which is a lie. On top olf the fact that I normally have to pay back, the program gets more expensive. Stop pushing more services to charge more, when it makes no difference.

User of Turbo Tax for eleven years

I have used Turbo Tax since 2014. The only reason I did not give this year's program five stars is that it did not pick up my information for 2024 even thought it was on my computer along with the other eleven years I have used it. I found it quite easy to use this year, and liked the explanation and examples thatwre provided. And having Turbo Tax file both my federal and state taxes was a nice addition.

It walked me through all of the steps necessary to file as an independent contractor for my first time. I feel much more confident having used turbo tax to file.
