Works great. You are kind of locked in if you used it last year because it makes it so much easier to complete this years taxes with importing last year's information.

The people that run this company are thieves that take away money from your return because they hide expenses until you're at the end of your return. They lobby to make sure they're the only tax service then do slimey stuff like that and steal people's money. They should get negative starts if they could

Mediocre for experts

After entering all information, including bank account numbers, the system looped through the same review 3 more times; seems it didn't like me not releasing my information to their bank. I prepared taxes for over 40 years using professional software - Turbo Tax took twice as long. Now that I'm retired, I had to find a "simple" solution to filing. This is good for those not familiar with tax prep.
