Turbo Tax the benchmark

I have used Turbo Tax year after year. I could not imagine not having this service. Just input your info and sit back and relax. A bargain at any price!

this is the second year in a row that I was charged to file my state taxes and I absolutely did not want you to file them for me and not only but you charged me twice. I have used this service for more than a decade and if you don't do anything to correct this for me I will take my buisness somewhere else

Zeros Falsely Flagged as Endorsing Tax Credits

In the tax credit section it generates an error that you endorsed a credit even if you just entered zero or be clear there was no amount but it wasn't skipped. I had to start over because of that. Instructions should be more explicit to not enter anything if it will cause problems later that don't register as being fixed even after you delete the zeros.

Turbotax is the worst

Honestly tired of how many selections I have to make to prevent turbotax from selling my data to third party brokers. It's horrible and they shove all these different products down our throats. Can't wait till IRS gets their act together for their free file. Plus they make you go through so many hoops to get the best price. The worst. I don't like these tax prep software companies at all. Someone needs to regulate how they operate asap.
