Couldn't file my state return electronically

I'm pretty disappointed I couldn't file my state taxes on this, the website kept getting stuck in a loop on one particular page so I ended up having to mail to return. I feel like I shouldn't be charged until after I learned that I would have to end up mailing the return.

Great Experience with TurboTax This Year

TurboTax has been an excellent experience for doing my taxes this year. The platform is very intuitive, and the filing process is very guided, which makes it easy for someone without accounting knowledge to complete it without any issues.
I really liked that the system asks questions step by step and automatically identifies the deductions and credits that apply. Additionally, the support and help within the app are very clear and useful when you have questions.
It is also very convenient that you can use it from your phone or computer and continue where you left off. Overall, TurboTax gave me peace of mind and confidence that my return was done correctly, and it took me very little time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to do their taxes quickly, easily, and reliably.
