I file my taxes every year and this is simple program. The only thing I do not like is they claim that it is free but $213 was deducted from my refund. Their definition of "free" is different from mine.

Time to Break Up

Price gouging everywhere you turn. Not only have they taken away every free option, but now in addition to the cost of filing federal, it costs to file state. Remember how you used to be able to pay your filing fees out of your refund? Now that costs $40! If you don't want to pay that $40, you have to pay now upfront with a credit card. It also now costs $35 just to have your money direct deposited, unless you want to sign up for a Credit Karma checking account that you don't want. I can handle a fee for using the product, I get it. They're providing a service. But seriously? TurboTax, we've been in a relationship for 13 years. But I think it's time for us to break up.

% years and still excellent service

I've been using TurboTax happily for the 5th year in a row now. My favorite feature is the accuracy checking that happens throughout the entire process, you you know with all the confidence that your good and have double, triple checked and don't need to worry. I Do-it-Myself premium and add the max benefits for a;; year round protection In case anything was missed or incorrect. Its reasonably priced for peace of mind!
